Ted Haggard
Ted Arthur Haggard is a repressed homosexual American evangelical preacher. Known as Pastor Ted to the congregations he has served, he is the founder and former pastor of the New Life Church in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Ted fell from grace in 2006 when he was caught snorting meth and having sex with a male hooker. Does it get any sweeter? I think not. If you can find it be sure to check out the video where Haggard kicks English scientist Richard Dawkins out of his mega-church on the grounds that 'his people are not animals'. The preacher featured in the documentary Jesus Camp. She runs a summer camp called "Kids on Fire" in North Dakota. Her camp is basically a political organization focused on ending abortion, evolutionary teaching, getting prayer back into schools and furthering other evangelical agendas within public policy. She's carrying out her political mission by brainwashing young children to become Christian warriors who will grow-up to do battle with the demonic secularists and return us to a once proud Christian Nation. She shamelessly uses cult-programming techniques on the impressionable kids and they are easily suckered in. It's distrubing to watch and so effective I'm not sure if the kids will ever recover. She’s not only a douchebag, but a disgusting, pig-ignorant, self-righteous, self-hating, gluttonous piece of trash. I have nothing but disdain for Becky Fisher and consider her an enemy of human progress and enlightenment.

Simpson against murder charges but his douchebag status is really earned by his shameful promotion of Israels criminal policies and actions against those Palestinians living in the Occupied Territories. Since becoming a born-again Zionist after the June 1967 war Dershowitz has justified each and all of Israel's egregious violations of international law. In recent years he has used the "war on terrorism" as a springboard for a full frontal assault on this body of law. It is painfully clear that Dershowitz possesses little knowledge or for that matter interest in the timely political topics that purport to be the stimuli for his interventions. This eternally unbalanced pro-Israel disposition on his part does Israel no good, for it shows him to be a fundamentalist who has no time for truth and facts. Those who applaud Dershowitz and cheer him on as he continues to spill his venomous dribble on both Arabs and reasonable Jews, would do well to wake up and turn their heads and minds away from such an out-and-out lying, war-mongering, Israel-hurting racist douchebag.

Dr. James Dobson
Dr. James Dobson makes the douchebag list for numerous reasons. The biggest is for his pseudo-science and psychology. He purposely alters and spins evidence to support his narrow and deluded Christian worldview. Example: claiming he can cure homosexuality with Christian-based reparative therapy. Non-biased evidence shows overwhelmingly that reparative therapy does not work. It leads to relapse, depression, confusion and even drug abuse and occasionally suicide in the person who has undergone the 'treatment' that brainwashes them to deny who they are. For that and, let’s not forget Dobson’s continued effort to influence public policy with his warped Christian dogma, James Dobson makes the list.

Hovind makes the douchebag list because he's working over-time to convince thousands of people to keep humanity ignorant and in the Dark Ages. One of the voices for creation science and part of the young earth creationist movement Dr. Dino likes to dress up his Biblical worldview in scientific terminology as a tactic to legitimize his archaic beliefs. On the surface he can be fairly convincing especially if a person has not had real scientific training. He’s a master of spin and bowling over his evolutionist opponents with a diarrhea of words and pseudo-logic. His advanced science degrees are from unaccredited institutions meaning they're worthless degree mill diplomas that anybody could mail-order for a few bucks, but they're good enough to establish surface credibility with most people, especially with people looking for any reason to believe. I could go on and on about this douchebag, bring up his recent tax evasion charges, his bizarre ‘Dinosaur Bible’ theme park in Florida, etc. etc. but I’ll instead encourage you to follow the link in the title because somebody has taken the time to really expose this two-bit pulpiteer for the fraudster he is.
